Levens Cooking & Baking Systems at the Horecava 2015
There are only a few days left until the Amsterdam RAI opens its doors for the Horecava 2015. There, thousands of catering and cooking professionals will assemble to exhibit their newest products, fanciest techniques and nicest dishes. Surely one of the most interesting stands will be Leven Cooking & Baking Systems (stand 03.200). At this stand visitors can watch the sustainable disposables of SD Trading when used in a TurboChef oven!
Levens has been searching for plates that can be used in the superfast TurboChef oven for a long time. The TurboChef is an oven that can perfectly prepare a piece of salmon within only two minutes by using microwaves, high-speed air circulation and heat of up until 280°C! After running some tests with the Sucadrops plates from SD Trading, Levens has found its ultimate plate. The 100% natural sugarcane material barely does not heat up in the oven while the dish is heated. Combining the TurboChef and Sucadrops plates could possibly be the most efficient way of heating up meals ever; no time is wasted by transporting porcelain, switching plates and dishwashing, the mise-en-place can be done in advance and the only thing that is left to do is heating up the meal.
The collaboration between Levens and SD Trading on the Horecava goes further than the TurboChef – Sucadrops combination.
