Hotelschool the Hague’s way of celebrating its 85th birthday

Last November, Hotelschool The Hague turned 85! This wonderful milestone had to be celebrated in style: Hotelschool The Hague hosted their own culinary event, the Taste of Hotelschool The Hague!
To make the Taste of Hotelschool The Hague a great success, the university invited their most successful alumni to show what they have been taught. The guests could enjoy the best pasta of Pasta e Basta, oysters of The Harbour Club, dutch fingerfoods of Grizzl and amazing BBQ food of our partner Smokey Goodness on the indoor food market. The most trendy and delicious drinks that were served included the amazing cocktails of our friends the Caipi Boys. Inspiring workshops were given by Masterchef’s Sascha de Lint and others. And the most beautiful sustainable disposables on which all beautiful culinary masterpieces were delivered by the alumni at SD Trading.
This was not the only impressive achievement of Hotelschool The Hague; the school was also  announced as the third ‘Best Hospitality Management School’ in the world during the 15th edition of the Hospitality Awards in Paris. While last year’s fifth place in the TNS Survey was already a great accomplishment for Hotelschool The Hague, the first time they performed in the Hospitality Awards resulted in an even greater success. Only the acknowledged Suisse Hotel Schools from Lausanne and Glion managed to get a higher position in the ranking.
