A traveling restaurant without walls sure needs WASARA

‘Buitengewoon in het land’ brings the table to the country side instead of vice versa!
‘Buitengewoon in het land’ #BTNGWN The Dutch version of outstanding in the field is a ‘restaurant without walls that travels around the country during the summer months. It cooperates with local suppliers, chefs and restaurant owners who see a challenge in cooking at special locations in nature; an orchard, an ordinary meadow, a winery or a centuries old kitchen garden. With local organic and artisan ingredients – lettuce and herbs which picked only moments before diner. Fresh fruit of the trees around you, oysters just fresh from the sea, only fair and undisputed products.
#BTNGWN brings the table to the country side instead of vice versa. A long endless immaculate white dinner table brings people together. The “sharing food” concept of 5 courses and top-end wines makes it an inspiring and unforgettable diner experience.
This setting surely asks for a special way of serving the food. People bring their own plate for main course and for the other courses another solution was needed.  #BTNGWN decided to go for WASARA again  this year. Not only for its unique design but surely as well for its user friendliness. Working with WASARA means hiring less people for the black and white brigade, safe money on transport & logistics and last but not least a truly green and compostable alternative to porcelain.
