#AboutLastNight at DWDD Pop-Up Restaurant
Last night was the opening of the De Wereld Draait Door, DWDD Pop-Up Restaurant in the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam.
After having arranged many other pop up events such as a museums, classes and appearances at festivals DWDD has a new pop up establishment! This time it is a pop up restaurant located in the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam West. And to add even more fun to it they have also published a cookbook so that you can prepare your very own pop up dinner at home. The DWDD pop-up Restaurant is a collaboration with famous Dutch chef Robert Kranenborg serving a five course menu based on classic, almost forgotten dished made to perfection.
Last night was the opening party and we were there, both in person as well as being represented by our sustainable disposables plates. All the lovely snack and small dishes were served on compostable tableware, Natural Tableware and Natural Cutlery.
The DWDD Pop-Up Restaurant will be open from the 3rd of December to the 22nd of December, open every day from 18.00 onwards.
We of course highly recommend that you visit sometime in the coming 3 weeks and make sure you get your hands on a copy of the cookbook.
