In the past few weeks the disposables of SD Trading have been used during several events.
Food on Tour by Jonnie and Therese Boer (Librije ***) at the Alliance Gastronomique New Year’s drink.
On the 26th of January Alliance Gastronomique held it’s New Year’s drink at the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam. During this event Food on Tour used Sucadrops to serve one of their beautiful dishes.

Vision 2014
On the 27th of January the yearly event VISION, an initiative of Food Inspiration and Leaders Club Belgium, was held in Gent. Guests were inspired by speakers including Nick Bril, Hans Steenbergen, Jos Burgers and Johan van Dijck, who gave their opinion on the latest developments in their industry. Trends in consumer behavior, entrepreneurship and business models were central topics. We are very proud to see the first dish of The Jane presented by Nick Bril on our Sucadrops!
Food Executive Europe
The annual Winter General Assembly was hosted in Maastricht, the Netherlands. During this event, the members of EPCAS came together to share best practices and discuss the latest trends.
Afterwards, the members joined the program of Food Executive Europe, where they had the chance to exchange ideas with decision makers from other hospitality markets.
Food Executive Europe (FXE) is the first event exclusively for decision makers in the European hospitality industry. It provides a platform for networks and associations in the hospitality industry, to encourage sharing experiences and networking with like-minded people. This blue ocean, “out of the box” concept brings the captains of industry from foodservice, catering and hotels together to discuss responsibility regarding the hospitality industry.
Sustainability and environmental responsibility, the latest facts and figures from the industry, as well as exploring new trends, technologies and possibilities, are returning themes within FXE.
Smak 2014 4th to 7th February
Smak 2014 is the most important venue in Norway for professionals within hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, institutions, canteens and fast-food outlets, as well as for those in retail. Our Scandinavian partner Abena has been showing our Hampi and WASARA products. These products got a lot of attention from the visitors and we’ve got some very enthusiastic reactions.
