BBQ in style with Smokey Goodness & HAMPI palmleaf plates

Last weekend the International hotelschool graduates network association INCH celebrated their 80th anniversary in style. They organised an inspiring congress called ‘Hospitality (R)evolution’ in the marvelous, restyled Postillion Hotel Utrecht/Bunnik. The guests witnessed an interactive talkshow featuring some Dutch celebrities, captains of industry and various other interesting guests.  After that everybody got to attend workshops and presentations with various subjects but they all had one thing in common… (R)evolution.
Of course at the end of an exciting day people get hungry and what could be better then a barbecue? Well, how about a HUGE and AWESOME barbecue! The guys from ‘Smokey Goodness‘ are serious about this and impressed every single visitor at the event. They showed up with two mega custom built barbecues/smokers and fired them up around noon to make sure all the guests could enjoy their tasteful food at dinnertime.
Great food deserves to be presented in style, so everything was served on our beautiful and sustainable HAMPI palmleaf plates.
