Symbiose by The Jane has made it on the long list of The World Restaurant Awards

The World Restaurant Awards is an event powered by IMG in partnership with Joe Warwick (author of the bestselling Where Chefs Eat) and Andrea Petrini (food critic and creative) with the aim of providing restaurants a culture stage. The organization wants to reflect what they call “the true range and diversity of the international restaurant scene: from fine dining innovators to humble, accessible establishments; major culinary capitals to more remote destinations”.

Our collaboration with The Jane Antwerp has just been long listed as the Collaboration of the Year. We are very proud to be featured on this list. Together with The Jane and their Michelin-star chef Nick Bril, we want to spread the message of a plastic free future and bring sustainable innovation into the kitchen. To be recognized, together with some of the most highly esteemed restaurants and concepts, is a great feeling. It tells us how ready the hospitality world is to jump on board with us on our mission to phase out plastic. Thank you World Restaurant Awards!
