International Leaders Club Awards

Every year Leaders Club Belgium, France, Germany, Russia and Switzerland award the most innovative foodservice concepts with their Palms. The award ceremony represents one of the most remarquable events in the foodservice industry. Highlight of the evening is the presentation of the nominated concepts through a three-minute video sequence. The audience elects with their votes the most innovative, duplicable and newly opened concepts as Leaders Club concepts of the year.
From these national awards, Leaders Club International organizes (since 2007) the International Leaders Club Awards. In fact the golden palms of each country’s Awards are nominated at the next International Awards.
Kasper Stuart (Taste) the new President of the International Leaders Club asked SD Trading to provide the chefs with Hampi, Sucadrops and Aspenware. Looking at the pictures all chefs loved to work with our products!
Chef and owner of two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points Restaurant Pastorale, Bart de Pooter, prepared 3 wonderful dishes with his specially selected and imported dry-aged Holstein meat.
Chef and owner of star Restaurant Vivendum, Alex Clevers, cooked 2 fantastic dishes in his typical “terroir” kitchen style. Less is more!
Lieve Lootens, Chef and owner of Restaurants ‘t Aards Paradijs and Naturell in Ghent, used all his senses during cooking. He took his guests on a great culinary ride with his two dishes.
