Horeca Expo Gent

This week, Gent was all about the Horeca Expo 2014; the trade fair for Horeca and catering businesses. 650 exhibitors have been giving demonstrations and presented (new) products to visitors. Of course, some of our partners, like HANOS, AVA and Koppert Cress, were present at the Flanders Expo.
During the presentation of the Michelin Guide for Belgium and Luxembourg, The Jane Antwerp, the prestigious restaurant that is using our disposables too, received its first star only 8 months after opening its doors.
SD Trading has also done its bit for the Horeca Expo. Our beautiful Sucadrops disposables were used by the chefs from HANOS and dozens of other exhibitors. They were probably leading topic during the round-table discussion on sustainability as well.
