Thomas Kascha, Managing Director of SD Trading, had a great time at the EPCAS Summer Assembly in Copenhagen this summer. Several keynote speakers presented their best practices and the latest food trends. Thomas has met some very inspiring people, tasted lovely food and came back full of new ideas! He will certainly attend the next EPCAS assembly in Las Vegas.
